Welcome to this specialized SAE Cal Beta Directory website where we publish Directories by Pledge Year for each of the calendar years from 1940 to 2012. To access these Directories, use the same User Name and Password as the Member Directory on the main website at www.SAECalBeta.org. All of these annual Directories are easily downloadable as .pdf files.
These Directories are not automatically linked to the real-time Cal Beta database. We have to create them one at a time and upload them to this standalone website. For this reason, we only plan to update them from time to time. The date of each Directory is printed on each report. The real-time data is still available 24/7 at www.SAECalBeta.org but it is not easily printed.
If you do not remember the logon information, send us an email at info@SAECalBeta.org and we will send that information right back to you.
Please let us know if you see any information in these Directories that is inaccurate. The primary reasons we are publishing the data in this format is (1) to encourage you to re-connect with each other and (2) to improve the quality of the Cal Beta database. Our hope is that by giving you the ability to easily print-out Directories for any year of your choosing, you will be able to spot data that is old and/or inaccurate and send us an email with updated info. Alternatively, you can still logon to www.SAECalBeta.org, click on Update Profile, and send us your new profile data via the main website.
We are especially interested in obtaining everyone's current email address since most of our alumni communications are done via email. Of the approximate 1100 living alumni and current actives, we only have roughly 700 email addresses or 64% of the total. It is our goal to increase this percentage to 90%. Please help us reach this goal and reduce our mailing costs.
